Profile and identity verification on ok500
When you register on ok500, we collect your name, email, phone number, and date of birth. This information is stored securely and used only for account management and regulatory compliance. Before you can deposit or withdraw, we require identity verification—a process we call KYC (Know Your Customer).
Identity verification protects both you and our platform. It prevents fraud, ensures compliance with local regulations, and secures your funds.
Updating your profile information
After verification, you can update certain profile fields—email address, phone number, and password. To change your email, we send a confirmation link to your current email; you must click it to activate the new address. Phone number changes follow the same process: we send a verification code via SMS to your new number.
Your name and date of birth cannot be changed after verification. If these details are incorrect, contact our support team; we may request updated documentation to correct them. This restriction exists to prevent account takeover and fraud.
Two-factor authentication and password management
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your ok500 account. When 2FA is active, logging in requires both your password and a time-based code generated by an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy). This adds a second layer of protection even if someone obtains your password.
To enable 2FA, navigate to your Security settings and select "Enable Two-Factor Authentication." We display a QR code; scan it with your authenticator app. The app generates a six-digit code that changes every 30 seconds. Enter the current code to confirm setup. From that point forward, every login requires both your password and the current 2FA code.
Password best practices
Your password should be unique and at least 12 characters long. Use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using personal information (birthdate, name, city) or common words. We recommend using a password manager to generate and store complex passwords securely.
If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately from your Security settings. We'll log you out of all active sessions, forcing you to log in again with your new password. This prevents unauthorized access even if someone has your old credentials.
Payment methods and withdrawal settings
In your Payments section, you manage deposit and withdrawal methods. We accept e-wallets—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment—and bank transfers via e-wallet or virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). When you add a payment method, we verify it by sending a small test transaction; you confirm receipt to activate the method.
For withdrawals, you can only withdraw to a payment method you've previously used for deposits. This rule prevents fraud and money laundering. If you want to withdraw to a new bank account, you must first deposit from that account, then wait for the deposit to settle before requesting a withdrawal to it.
Payment method checklist
- Add a payment method by entering your e-wallet ID or bank account details.
- Confirm the test transaction we send to verify the method.
- Use the verified method for deposits and withdrawals.
- Withdrawals process subject to standard review windows; we do not guarantee fixed times.
- Keep your payment method information current; outdated details may cause withdrawal delays.
Transaction history and account statements
Your History section displays all deposits, withdrawals, and game activity. Each transaction shows the date, time, amount, payment method, and status (completed, pending, or failed). You can filter by transaction type or date range to find specific entries. This record is useful for tracking your activity and reconciling your account balance.
We retain transaction history for at least seven years to comply with financial regulations. You can download account statements in PDF format from your History page. These statements are useful for personal record-keeping or if you need to provide proof of transactions to a third party.
Tier status and loyalty tracking
Your Loyalty section shows your current tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum), progress toward the next tier, and your weekly cashback rate. We calculate tier status based on cumulative deposits and wagering activity over a calendar month. As you climb tiers, your cashback percentage increases and you unlock perks like priority support and exclusive game tables.
Tier resets occur on the first day of each calendar month. Your tier for the current month is determined by your activity in the previous month. For example, if you reach Gold tier in January, you maintain Gold status throughout February. In March, your tier recalculates based on your February activity.
Referral code and bonus tracking
In your Referrals section, we display your unique referral code. Share this code with friends; when they register using your code and complete their first deposit, both you and your friend receive bonus credits. We track all referrals in real time, showing you how many friends have signed up and how much referral bonus you've earned.
Referral bonuses are credited to your account automatically once your friend's account is verified and their first deposit settles. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer. Your referral bonus amount depends on your tier; higher tiers earn larger bonuses per successful referral.
Account access from multiple devices
You can access your ok500 account from any device—smartphone, tablet, or desktop—using the same login credentials. Our platform detects unusual login patterns (e.g., logging in from a new city or device) and may ask for additional verification. This is a security measure to protect your account.
If you log in from a new device, we may send a verification code to your registered email or phone. Enter this code to confirm the login. Once confirmed, that device is recognized and future logins from it will not require additional verification—unless you clear your browser cookies or change your security settings.
