Two-factor authentication

If you have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) in Account Settings, you will be asked for a code after entering your password. This code is generated by an authenticator app on your phone or sent via SMS.

2FA protects your account from unauthorized access even if someone obtains your password.

Forgot your password?

If you cannot remember your password, visit Account Settings and select "Reset password". We will send a reset link to your registered email address. Click the link, create a new password, and log in.

Password reset links expire after one hour for security.

Account access and jurisdiction

Our services are available only where local law permits. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law. If you are accessing ok500 from a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited, your account may be restricted or terminated.
